Check in by mail
Items are able to be checked in by mail to those unable to leave home due to circumstances.
Please leave sufficient shipping time for the items to be returned by their due date.
- Place the items in a plastic bag in mailing bag to avoid any pollution or damage.
- Use JAPAN POST's Letter Pack, Yu-Pack(parcel) or other delivery services with track and trace.
- Return postage should be paid by user.
* COD (cash on delivery) mails are not acceptable.
